Do you have hotel blocks available?
Please navigate to the lodging page for additional information on our options in Peabody and Salem, Massachusetts.
Securing large room blocks in the Salem/Peabody area is no longer common practice. However, we have secured some blocks on a first come, first served basis.
New England is a highly sought-after destination during the summer and fall seasons, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred lodging and price point. If you’re planning an extended stay, consider spending part of your time in Boston, Cape Cod, or the White Mountains to explore all that the area has to offer.

Can I bring an extra guest(s)?
While we would love to have everyone join us, the venue's limited tables and chairs mean we can only accommodate guests specifically named on the RSVPs and invitation. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Can I bring my children if they aren't named on the invitation?
We truly wish we could invite everyone's little ones, but to create a more intimate atmosphere and due to limited seating, we are unable to do so. We sincerely appreciate your understanding!
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Both options are great! Submitting your RSVP online via the website or QR code found on your invitation is the quickest method. New to QR codes? Here's a quick video guide. (iPhone / Android)
If I don't RSVP, can I still attend?
When invites go out in 2025, please RSVP by the deadline of August 15, 2025 to secure a spot. Our vendors require a final headcount in advance. If your mailed RSVP might be late, RSVPing on the website is quick and easy. Sadly we'll have to count you out if we don't receive an RSVP in time. Thank you for understanding.

What to expect at the venue?
All events will occur fully indoors beginning with a ceremony (under 30 minutes), followed by a cocktail hour, and a reception featuring speeches and dancing. Guests are advised to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow enough time for parking or lyft/uber drop off, and seating for the ceremony.
We have been asked to relay the following venue policies to our guests:
On smoking/vaping 🚭: Per the city of Peabody there is no smoking or vaping allowed anywhere on Olio's property. Guests who want to smoke or vape will be directed to the front door on Main Street.
For guests over 21 🍹: There will be an open bar. Please enjoy yourself! That said, bartenders reserve the right to stop serving anyone who's partying perhaps a little too hard.
For parents 🩷: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff, parents must accompany their children at all times. Please be cautious of the catering staff carrying hot dishes, and be mindful of the venue's furniture, decor, and access points such as doors and stairs.
What do I need to know for the ceremony?
We kindly ask you to silence all devices and refrain from taking too many photos during the ceremony so our photographer, Nia, can capture this special occasion. However, feel free to unleash your inner paparazzi during the cocktail hour and reception! If you need a quiet place to take a call, a small lounge is available in the lobby.
If I have a question during the wedding, who can I ask?
Ashley Caunter, our Day-of Wedding Coordinator from Without a Hitch, will be managing the event and is available to gladly assist with any questions our guests may have.
